Hello,
Yes I'm back with another card to share. This one is the wedding card I made for my grand daughter and her partner.
A bit of a cheat this one as I downloaded some watercolour clipart from Etsy for this card. The designer I used is called Reachdream and their images are stunning. I'll be sharing other makes using these images in the future.
I used a sheet of vellum to print the bride and grooms names in a pale yellow and as soon as it came through the printer, I added some gold embossing powder. The printer ink stays wet for longer on vellum making it easy to use this method as long as you remember to use an anti static cloth first.
After cutting the vellum into a strip I cut the main image to size. I placed the vellum onto the image where I wanted it and added a small strip of yellow card folded over to sandwich the two papers.
I used my Cropadile to punch a hole and add an eyelet. I then stuck to image to my card base before adding a die cut Congratulations from Britania Dies above the names and some gold flat back pearls to finish.
I'm really pleased with the end result. I hope you like it too.
See you soon.
