It's been a while I know.
Although I have been busy crafting away I simply didn't get around to blogging anything. I've had quite a few birthday cards to make too and I'll show them over the next few days.
In the meantime I have two Christmas designs to show. I cannot take any credit for the designs as they are both Cased ( stolen) from Pinterest. I am, however, rather pleased with them.
This one is cased from the very talented Loll Thompson. I love all of her designs and have learned how to do many techniques following her videos.
The background is smooshed with two blue distress inks and given a quick burst of silver glimmer mist.
The 'window' is cut with a die from Caroles Crafts
The snow flakes are from The Works and cut from silver glitter card.
Sentiment is by Winnie & Walter
The background is embossed with Cuttlebug swiss dots folder.
The tree dies are from Amazon cut from a mix of pattered paper, white card and gold mirri card.
The deer is from a set by Dixie
The sentiment is computer generated.
It's strange that I couldn't really get into the Christmas spirit this year at all but have spent all morning today (Boxing day) designing some of next years Christmas cards.
Beautiful cards and dies Lynne love the smooshed background too-I couldn't get into the Christmas spirit this year either and everything was left to the absolute last minute-think it was all the hype over brexit and voting!!!
